Now, before you get too excited, this digital coach isn’t available for public interactions just yet. But, reading between the lines, it’s evident Google’s all in on this venture.

They're visualizing a future where AI becomes our go-to for guidance and insights. It's tantalizing to think about—an ever-present, unbiased advisor that doesn’t charge by the hour.

But, as with all things, there's a flip side. Ensuring the AI guru stays neutral and doesn't just echo our own biases is mission-critical. And, while it's tempting, hanging onto its every word for life’s pivotal decisions might not be wise.

The Associated Press (AP) just unveiled its new AI guidelines for journalists in the ranks.

Given the wildfire spread of AI-concocted tales these days, this move by AP is them laying down the gauntlet and saying, "We're committed to truth, first and foremost."

But let’s pull the curtain back a bit: while the AP's leading the parade, there’s still some ground to cover. Fleshing out ambiguous terms like "unvetted source material" would be a solid next move. As tech's always on the march forward, these standards should be ever-evolving, adapting to the latest in AI prowess.

Props to AP for setting a pace, but the race isn't over.

Time to hop on the bandwagon, and maybe, just maybe, roll out some intensive AI training for the folks on the ground. Keeping journalism honest and real, that's the name of the game.

💵 Pioneering Regulated Crypto Futures in the U.S.

Coinbase just landed a home run. The National Futures Association (NFA) has given them a thumbs-up as a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM).

In layman’s terms, they can now list crypto futures right here in the U.S. It’s been a two-year journey since they first threw their hat in the ring. With this, Coinbase proudly stands as the first U.S. crypto-focused platform to dish out regulated and leveraged crypto futures. So, all you traders out there, you’re getting the same level of protection as with any other derivative.
